TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT
The two bedroom apartments are all located on the ground floor with approximately 108sqm. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, blender and kitchenware. The apartment also has a spacious lounge, dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There are patio doors to a terrace from the living room which is supplied with outdoor furniture. The apartments are served by communal swimming pools.
THREE BEDROOM VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL
Three bedroom villas are between 158sqm and 190sqm habitable area on plots of 600-700sqm, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens with a private swimming pool.
This modern villa has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, blender and kitchenware. The villa also has a spacious lounge, dining area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet and a roof terrace.

OUR FOOTBALL COURSES
Our courses are held within the grounds of the Amendoeira sports club. The courses are open to children of all abilities, aged 5-15. Attendees are provided with transportation to and from the pitch.
The courses are led by ex-professional players and are supported by an great team of UEFA licensed coaches, all of whom come from renowned English Premier League clubs.
The courses run for a week at a time (Monday-Friday) and offer two hours of daily football activity from 10am - 12 noon. Each child that enrols on the course is provided with a full kit including; a shirt, shorts and socks, as well as a signed certificate and medal on completion of the week's course.
